The New York Giants win 17-34 in Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles. After a tough Week 5 loss against the New Orleans Saints, Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo made their presence known to the World. Giants rookie RB Cam Skattebo had 19 carries for 98 yards and 3 touchdowns, adding 2 receptions for 12 yards. Skattebo is a changer for Brian Daboll and the Giants. The Rookie power back continued to lead all backs in Week 6, even with Tyrone Tracy Jr.’s return from injury. Skattebo’s volume remains high going into a Week 7 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Skattebo remains a top 10 starter this week and should see plenty of red zone opportunities.

Rookie QB Jaxson Dart finished Week 6 with another solid performance, completing 17/25 pass attempts for 198, 1 touchdown, while adding 58 yards on the ground on 13 carries and 1 touchdown. Dart continues to impress Coaches and fans equally. The rookie has commanded the Giants’ offense efficiently in Week 7 against the Eagles. Dart will face a tough Broncos defense that enjoys disguising pressure and blitzing at a high rate. Fantasy managers should be cautious starting Dart in Week 7, and he is out of the top 10 QBs this week, given the opponent.

Giants WR Wan’Dale Robinson continues to occupy the lead receiver role with Malik Nabers out this season. Robinson’s Week 6 performance was inspiring after a Week 5 low usage. Robinson had 6 receptions for 84 yards and 1 touchdown. Most of Robinson’s damage happened in the 1st half of the game. Robinson’s short-to-intermediate pass usage exploited the Eagles’ secondary perfectly on each drive. Expect Robinson to remain a focal point for the pass scheme, given the rise of Theo Johnson. Robinson remains a flex for Week 7 in Denver.

Lil Jordan Humphrey made an impressive impact in Week 6 with 4 catches for 55 yards. Humphrey did drop a few catches, but he was targeted heavily in red zone opportunities for the Giants, even more than Robinson and TE Theo Johnson. Given his 6’4 stature, Humphrey is a big target for Dart, so expect more of that in Week 7.

Last season’s Superbowl Champions Eagles looked unfamiliar in Week 6, and QB Jalen Hurts struggled to move the ball effectively. Hurts finished with 24 completions on 34 attempts, 283 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception. He also added 7 carries for 13 yards on the ground, and 1 touchdown to end his night. Hurts performances in recent weeks have been under scrutiny from fans and the NFL analysts. Week 7 against the Vikings will be another tough challenge, but Hurts’ mobility should help him have another strong week.

Saquon Barkley could not find much space to run against his old team, with 12 carries for 58 yards and 2 receptions for 9 yards and no touchdowns. Barkley has not been as explosive as he showed last season but remains the Eagles lead back. Barkley’s volume keeps him as a top 5 back in ESPN fantasy based on usage. The veteran back continues to to lose red zone carries with the Eagles choosing to let Hurts run or use the tush push if they’re close enough. None the less Barkley should see plenty of carries in Week 7 so fantasy managers can start him with confidence.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert led all Eagles receivers in Week 6 with 9 receptions, 110 yards, and 1 touchdown. Goedert once again proved his value as a receiver despite being a victim of injuries. The veteran TE is Hurts’ favorite target, especially in 1st down opportunities. Goedert remains a top 10 TE in fantasy leagues as long as he can stay healthy. Fantasy managers should lock in Goedert in Week 7 despite a formidable matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

WR A.J. Brown from the Eagles had a solid performance in Week 6 with 6 receptions, 80 yards, but no touchdowns. The connection between Brown and Hurts has faded drastically this season, as Hurts is scrambling more than ever. Brown’s undeniable talents are being wasted this season with Hurts under center. Fantasy managers should expect the Eagles to rely on the pass in Week 7. With Goedert and DeVonta Smith in the mix, Brown should remain a top 10 starter, but he is becoming a risky start in PPR leagues.

Eagles receiver DeVonta Smith had 4 receptions for 40 yards and no touchdowns. Brown Smith’s talents seem to also be wasted with Hurts as QB. Smith’s volatile usage and volume continue to be an issue for managers. Unless Hurts begins to utilize the pass game more effectively, Smith remains a risky start despite a favorable matchup in Week 7.

The New York Jets lost in their Week 6 meeting with the Denver Broncos. It was a scoring game for the Jets as they faced a relentless Broncos defense. Jets coach Aaron Glenn is facing backlash for the lack of urgency on offense, as well as displaying carelessness in protecting the ball.

Jets QB Justin Fields had another forgetful outing in Week 6 and the Jets are now 0-6 after losing 13-11 to the Broncos. Fields completed 9 passes on 15 attempts for 45 yards and 7 carries for 31 yards on the ground and no touchdowns. Fields faced relentless pressure the entire afternoon from the Broncos’ defensive front. What’s more alarming with Field’s is his lackadaisical pocket presence. Fields is holding on to the ball way too much, which led to the 9 sacks on Sunday. Fantasy managers holding on to Fields should keep him on the bench until he begins to play at an adequate level. The Jets QB is not a starter in any league format.

Garrett Wilson has been plagued once again with an incapable quarterback. Wilson had 3 completions for 13 yards and no touchdowns. The Jets could not get the passing game going with Wilson, only showing momentary spikes of life on offense. Wilson’s fantasy projections are somewhat useless until the Jets offense as a whole returns to NFL-quality performances. Fantasy managers should be cautious, as I mentioned above, especially with Fields under center. Although the Jets have an easier Week 7, they face a Carolina Panthers pass defense that allows 200+ passing yards to opponents.

Jets RB Breece Hall had an underwhelming performance in Week 6. Hall had 22 carries for a respectable 59 yards and no touchdowns. Hall’s been mentioned in trade rumors, but is showing a willingness to stay with the Jets. Fantasy managers can continue to start Hall even with the Jets’ struggles on offense. The run game has been decent, so Hall’s volume remains high. Even if Hall is traded, his destination can actually improve his weekly projections.

Broncos QB Bo Nix ended with a modest Week 6 performance, completing 19/30 pass attempts for 174 yards and 1 TD. Nix was in command all afternoon, although the Jets’ defensive scheme kept him out of the red zone. Nix and the Broncos will face the NY Giants and their vulnerable secondary in Week 7, so fantasy managers can start him safely.

J.K. Dobbins led all backs with 14 carries for 40 yards, but could not find much running room. The Jets’ defensive front is not difficult to run on, but Dobbins should find more in Week 7.

TE Evan Engram led all receivers with 5 receptions for 42 yards, and no touchdowns. Engram looked like his old self on the field, but what also held scoreless against the Jets. Week 7 will provide a better outlook for Engram, facing a Giants defensive unit that allows 240+ yards to opponents each game.
